What is Parts Work?
Parts Work in an umbrella term referring to various therapeutic approached that help you understand the different “parts” of your personality—like the part of you that’s motivated, the part that procrastinates, the part that gets anxious in social situations, or the part that craves validation. Instead of seeing yourself as one fixed identity, parts work recognizes that your mind is made up of different voices, each with its own fears, desires, and motivations. The goal is to understand and integrate them, so they don’t unconsciously control your reactions.
What is Coming to Peace?

Out of all the methods I’ve studied in the worlds of psychology and meditation over 30 years, this is one of the most powerful tools for reducing anxiety, the inner critic and many other issues!

How does the process work?
We will map your splits in the first session, then decide which split we want to focus on first. Some splits are deeply entrenched and may take two or more sessions, while some can be understood within one session.

This method helps reduce indecision, anxiety, inner critics, shame, rumination, depression, anger and confusion.
