Responsive and interactive "you time"...
Therapy is an act of self-love and self-respect. Here, you can honor your need for spiritual, emotional, mental growth and exploration.
Sessions can be 60, 75 or 90 minutes, allowing you to really sink in and explore yourself in a private, confidential and safe space. You set the agenda for each session and I will guide you through whatever material you want to work with. Consider it like a session with a fitness trainer: there are actual tools that can develop your psyche, that can help reduce your suffering and increase your ability to think more clearly, feel centered and ride the waves of ups and downs that will always be part of life. Guilt free therapy...
Like exercise, therapy works best with momentum, but overall it is "as-needed." Perhaps you need a tune-up session, whereas other times you need weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions. You are welcome for however long to get the support you need.
A holistic approach...Both your logical and artistic/creative minds are welcome! You need not choose one over the other. One size of therapy does not fit all.
